- Which model should I choose?
- Choose Rechargeable if you would rather charge over USB. Choose Battery if you prefer replaceable batteries and grab-and-go use. Batteries are not included with the Battery model.
- Are batteries included?
- No. The Rechargeable model includes a USB charging cable. The Battery model requires ordinary replaceable consumer batteries, which are not included.
- How long is a session?
- Most people use it for a few minutes at a time. Use it in a way that stays comfortable for you.
- Can it be used on wet hair or in the shower?
- No. Keep the massager dry and use it on dry hair or over the scalp only.
- Does it work with essential oils?
- Use oils separately — diffuse an aroma nearby, or apply properly diluted oil before or after your session rather than onto the device.
